I am an instructor of Tai Chi and Qigong, a facilitator of Guided Visual Imagery Meditation, a Certified Fitness Specialist to the Senior Industry and an Integrative Medical Provider to local hospitals; Heart & Wellness Centers. I founded A Daily Dose of Vitamin Chi™ to provide Chinese Healing Arts Wellness Services, and help lead people to The Good Life. I like to say, “We don’t stop exercising because we get old, we get old because we stop exercising.”
As a practitioner and teacher in the North Shore area of Boston MA for more than 26 years, I have become a leader by helping empower hundreds of individuals improve their physical and mental health for an overall happier and healthier lifestyle. I have brought my passion and expertise to sunny South Florida where I now reside.
I am a well-respected Wellness Educator, Motivational Speaker, Tai Chi expert and National 2008 Gold Medalist. Competing in the USAWKF (United States Wushu Kung Fu Federation) I won the title of being the 2nd highest ranked female in the U.S.
