I am a licensed psychologist with vast experience treating anxiety, panic, depression, relationship problems, and stress. I also have specialized training in mindfulness-based therapies (e.g., ACT), the mind-body connection, and frequently work with many clients struggling with stress-related physical problems (e.g., chronic pain, headaches, muscle tension). My clients range across the lifespan from college students and young professionals to older adults. Credentials: I graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Emory University and was a presidential fellow at a top doctoral psychology program. I also worked in medical and psychological research at Harvard Medical School and the University of Iowa-Spine Center.
