How do I get paid?
We can either direct deposit into you bank account or pay you through Venmo. Whichever works best for you.
 
What does Rooster cost?
To do business as you do today there is no cost aside from the credit card fee of 2.9% +0.30 per transaction. We don't mark that up at all in order to keep your merchant fees as low as possible - we simply pass on the price we are charged. When we find you new clients, we take 10% of the business you do with them. We only make money when we get you new business!
 
Can anyone review?
Only people that have paid for the service through Rooster can review. This means that Rooster reviews are certified and therefore more trustworthy and valuable.
 
Is there a contract?
There is no contract. You may come and go as you please (although we're pretty sure once you see all of the perks we give you for free you'll stick around).
Is both my client's and my own information secure?
Yes, we use SSL encryption to secure all of your client's payment information as well as your bank account information. Security, integrity and trust are our core values. We treat your information like it's ours, because we're clients on Rooster too!
 
Am I considered a Rooster employee?
No. Rooster is all about enabling entrepreneurs to increase their business. You are your own boss on Rooster, and we think that's awesome. We are just here to make your life easier and your business more successful.
 
How do I set my pricing?
You set your own price. We will give you the average price in the market for your service, and you can decide where you want to fall.
